THIS SECTION MAY BE COMPLETED BY ANY JURY MEMBER
Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.

With 90 entrants, the original plan had been to have split fleets moving to gold and silver final races. However, it was then decided to have one start for all boats, with a central committee boat with a starting line on each side to pin-end boats. This worked well. Effectively, there were two line officers, one for each side - Jean Diaz (PRO) on one side and Pierre Lemaire IRO on the other.

Of the requests for redress for OCS recorded in the event statistics, 3 were requests by the race committee having realised it had misidentified boats.
