The Moth class requested that the jury should monitor rule 42 violations on the water and protest boat found in violation of rule 42. RRS app P was not used. The jury spent approximately 18 hours on the water monitoring rule 42. It was noted that the Moth Class Competition Guidelines were not closely followed at the request of the class officers.
