THIS SECTION MAY BE COMPLETED BY ANY JURY MEMBER
Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
We had two requests for reopening, both refused. One request was based on use of Kattack data which was explicitly not allowed as evidence per the NOR.

The Chief Judge was originally to be deputy, but the planned Chief Judge could not be present due to a family health emergency. It was fortunate that the original jury membership included more than the minimum number of IJs so that local national judges could be used in replacement.
There were a considerable number of capsizes, from which crews could self-recover, but on occasions crews became separated from boats and safety boats had to return them to their boats. The jury considered those situations met the requirements of RRS 41(a).

17 of 18 scheduled races were sailed.

The NOR and SIs called up Appendix P and excellent jury boats were provided for that purpose, but we saw no evidence of need for application of the Appendix for this class.
