Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
SI's changed number of rules of NOR. SI's also stated that if there is conflict between the NOR and SI's, then SI's will take precedence.
At the venue there was very experienced windsurfer and coach as a commentator every day who gave very good overview and commentaries about starts and racing situations.
Three starting groups - 2 groups sailed on trapezoid course and after they finished then 1 group sailed on windward-leeward course. Mostly light wind conditions but 4 races sailed in Qualification series and 3 races in Final series. On final day Medal race and Final race was sailed too.
