The regatta has multiple classes including couple of Olympic classes (Formula-kite, ILCA7, ILCA6 and IQFoil).
Most sailors came from primary school, middle school and high school all over Taiwan.
Young sailors were very friendly.
Both Appendix T Arbitration and Appendix UF Umpired fleet racing on the water were applied.
There were four red flags, three for RRS 42 and one for RRS 31.
Wind speed was consistently around 6 knots without direction change.
Very good race officers well organized multiple classes racing.
All races on the schedule were completed successful.
The majority(80%) of race management team on the water was female which promote global women's sailing management in the world. - CHNXG1
