In the 2024 H-Boat World Championship in Pori FIN we sailed 11 perfect Races under various Wind- and Sea Conditions. On the course, we saw fair racing with competitors taking penalty turns in case of a rule break of part 2 rules or RRS 31. Course length and configuration met the various wind / sea conditions and the time limits in all races. The race area was near the shore and the club without any area marked as obstruction.
The hosting cub Segelföreningen i Björneborg organized a perfect support for the sailors on the water and ashore. Big teams of the club members were present during the regatta and organized for example every day food and drinks after racing, almost every evening an event, free sauna use, well organized service with the crane , rescue boats with a doctor present in case of an emergency case and much more.
