Inaugural event sailing from France to Morrocco in the Class 40 and Ocean 50 doublehanded classes. The intended Jury Chair fell ill after the start of the race and took no further part in the event. The jury operated as permitted under N1.5. With the chair unable to be present at the finish and no other member of the jury able to travel at such short notice, the 7 hearings were heard virtually/online. The event NoR and SI empowered the Jury to impose discretionary time penalties and to give penalties less than DSQ.
