Three of the Judges could not reach to the event due to their commitment at work place. The PC went ahead with the balance members available for the event. The event had on water umpiring for the first time, which was very well received by the sailors.
During the Offshore leg of the racing, the RC could not lay the finish line before the sailors sailed to the finish area. This resulted in sailors seeking redress for their position. - INDSK12
