THIS SECTION MAY BE COMPLETED BY ANY JURY MEMBER
Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
The Dutch Youth Regatta 2025 was held at a new venue. The location offered some logistical improvements onshore; however, the race courses were situated considerably farther from the harbour than in previous years. As a result, transit times to and from the race areas were longer, which had an impact on scheduling. A different notable change was the setup of the jury facilities: this year, jury rooms were located in the accommodation cottages of the jury members. Due to light winds, one full day of racing was postponed. Nevertheless, the event was well managed, and the races that did occur ran smoothly under favourable conditions. - NEDHB32
