An excellent regatta, in remote north east part of India. Sailing here started only three years ago, and the OA made tremendous effort to get boats, sailors and other equipment required for the conduct of the event. OA subsidized freight and travel cost for all competitors. To make the event popular, OA gave large sum of cash prizes, only event in India where cash prizes are given. - INDDD3
