It is the most important ILCA (4, 6 & 7) event in India, sailed in a lake in the middle of twin metro cities of Hyderabad & Secunderabad. HSW is the biggest inland regatta in India. Every club in the country was represented, and all scheduled 12 races for each class was sailed as in scheduled by scheduled club. Winds during races varied from 5 to 15 Knots. Two judges had sought reference - one for IJ and the other for NJ. - INDDD3
