The SI set a wind range of 5-18Knots for racing. On several of the initial races, the wind was gusting sometimes above 18knots. The Race Management did a good job to reschedule racing earlier in the day for the remaining racing days when the winds were below the upper range limit of 18knots. As a result, all 8 races scheduled were run.
The jury, being inside the racing area, stood by boats that were in difficulty after capsizing. - MASLC2
