Excellent venue, and excellent race management. Never missed a single day of racing. Good mix of conditions from very light (5 knots) to medium / strong (15-20 knots).
Very fair sailing from all competitors.
Appendix P is modified so that all penalties are just one turn, with no progression. This makes it a very cheap arrangement but it was not abused by competitors, confirming very fair sailing.
In light winds, after gybing, the top 2 battens may easily remain inverted, so special attention is required on observation of rule 42 when competitors make actions to straighten battens. - ITACU2
