THIS SECTION MAY BE COMPLETED BY ANY JURY MEMBER
Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
Kiteracing appendix F is a evolving rules document and every event we (The IJ's and IU's involved) find new elements to finetune. Exciting !
Only 14 protets wich is a big relief after the Kiteracing Worlds with 112 protests. 4 in Arbitration and 6 including a Requests for Redress (5 for tangle, 1 for mistake RC). Kiters start to realise that
- a race is not won at the start
- a 360 can solve a lot and
- Arbitration speeds up things.
