The wind was light and the OA decided to shorten the course. The OA shortened the course to the mark which was only to be left to port. The new finishing line was 0,3 NM long. Part of the competitors were passing the mark far away and it was impossible to them to notice the shortening. Five of the competitors requested for redress about the shortening and the PC decided to give them redress (and also to three more competitors which didn't request for redress). All the boats had a tracking device and the PC decided, that the finishing time for those boats was the time they passed the mark. - FINPT12
