One boat requested redress because World Sailing had failed to provide categorization for two crew members in time for the boat to be eligible for the class' Corinthian Trophy. Even though this problem had been persistent for some time and the boat had done all it could, the jury decided that this does not constitute an improper action or improper omission of a committee
or the organizing authority. Therefore, the requirements for redress were not
