THIS SECTION MAY BE COMPLETED BY ANY JURY MEMBER
Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
This event included Thailand Optimist National Championship with 134 boats in 3 racing days. The Championship used first day racing results without discard to split into fleet A and B. So if a high rank boat got OCS or DSQ in the first day, he would be in fleet B. The juries recommended to AO that there should be a better way to split the fleet.

The other class races went very well.
