THIS SECTION MAY BE COMPLETED BY ANY JURY MEMBER
Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.

Appendix SY was used. While racing, boats were obligated to use a special VHF safety channel to inform other boats nearby about intended moves. All participants, competitors as well as officials were very focused on the safety of racing. An after-race-exoneration penalty was offered. Boats were entitled to have a safety hearing with the international jury after racing for rules clarification. No penalty could result from such a hearing, but it helped the competitors to understand the special philosophy of super yacht racing, that is crucial for the safety of this sport.
The number of hearings below include these "safety hearings."
