THIS SECTION MAY BE COMPLETED BY ANY JURY MEMBER
Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.

we had a challenge when a Bulgarian boat on starboard was damaged by an Australian boat on port just before the start of race 1. we gave them redress for the races sailed on Tuesday (first racing day) with average points of races sailed in the qualifying series. As it seemed that they would be able to sail on Wednesday. Wednesday was the end of qualifying series and the boat could only sail from Thursday, because the boat builder repairing their boat did not return the hull in time. On Thursday no races, and only 3 races were sailed in the silver fleet during finals. They had no score in qualifying series. The international jury could not find a redress in this case fair to all boats. even after consulting other IJs in this matter.
