THIS SECTION MAY BE COMPLETED BY ANY JURY MEMBER
Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
The notice of race and sailing instructions were conventional. There were only 11 protests and 1 request for redress during the regatta of which 9 protests were decided at arbitration. There were no new interpretations or unpopular redress decisions.

The race management was very good both on and off the water. The facilities were excellent and the overall atmosphere throughout the regatta was very happy. The variable and sometimes shifty wind conditions caused a few delays but the PRO & his team were calm and patient and we had no difficulty in sailing the complete race program with accurate starting lines and true courses.
