THIS SECTION MAY BE COMPLETED BY ANY JURY MEMBER
Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.

Five IJ's were appointed for the event, one fell ill on his travel day and was unable to attend and another decided on the first day of the event that he was no longer available. Fortunately we were able to recruit an NJ at short notice and to continue under N1.5.
The Jury office was in the form of a tent on the beach which proved to be unsuitable due to wind noise, sand and lack of toilet, food, electricity and other facilities. This was later moved to a hotel where the majority of the competitors were staying. This introduced further challenges due to the distance from jury day office and rib mooring (20 minutes walk) to the event site on the beach and notice board, which was a further 20 walk to the revised Jury room.
