The Qatar International Ragatta 2015 - Sail the gulf was organised in parallel at the same time with Qatar Match Racing Cup 2015. The events collected truly international, group of both sailors and race officials including several IROs, IJs and Ius. A one day team racing championship was organised for optimist class during the first day of the event. Tricky wind conditions limited the number of races. Nice and friendly atmosphere at Doha. A Rule 69 hearing was conducted with warning imposed to the parties
