THIS SECTION MAY BE COMPLETED BY ANY JURY MEMBER
Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
As in last year edition of this event, poor recording of finishing positions and errors when entering data in the scoring system, caused 220 scoring issues. This caused stress for the sailors, coaches and parents. So redress hearing had to solve also scoring issues.
Provisional series scores were published very late each day. So there was stress for sailors and administrators when errors were discovered on arrival at the venue next morning.
Otherwise a great Youth regatta.
