THIS SECTION MAY BE COMPLETED BY ANY JURY MEMBER
Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
A penalty system was used on the water. Part 2 infringements, RRS 31 and Class Rule issues could be penalized by the judges, using a red flag. If the judges had not enough information to decide a protest on the water, they flew the U flag and the protest could be done ashore. Arbitration was offered, but the 40% penalty turned out to be too severe, so several arbitration hearings were taken to a jury hearing.
RC used a three boat starting line. Preparatory signals used were "P" and "Z+I"
The boats appreciated the VHF communication from the RC.

One judge had to leave the event after two days, due to a health issue in the family, nevertheless the jury remained properly constituted.
