THIS SECTION MAY BE COMPLETED BY ANY JURY MEMBER
Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
During the event, the jury informed the class authorities about some unclear written provisions in the class rules. The class will take care of this.

All penalties on the water (including App. P) were a one-turn penalty.

The class prefers "semi-umpired" races, with different flags for penalties or jury observations on the water. The jury will recommend to the class to simplify this system.

The jury called a hearing to consider redress for one boat, as the jury found out that a penalty on the water maybe was wrongly given. The hearing confirmed this, redress was granted. (possible acc. to the sailing instructions)

The race committee used a starting line with two sections and a signal boat in the middle. This worked well, however due to the very competitive sailing competitors nine of ten races had to be started with black flag. No complaints by the sailors.
