After two days of racing the Dubchick Class chose to change all Yellow Flag penalties to P2.1. The protest committee submitted a request for redress on behalf of one competitor who had received his second yellow flag in the second race and had retired. He was awarded points equal to his average of all races up to the end of the penultimate day. - USAPH46
