Report made by Jury member Alvaro Robaina. There were three courses, the others IRO were Odecio Adam BRAOA3 and Carlos Sodre BRACS25. This event was used by Confederacion Brasilera de Vela to start to identify and qualify sailors from Brasil as potential Olympic Sailors in Tokyo 2020. Race courses, facilities from both clubs and organization was very good. Other sailors, specially the ones form other countries with interest in an Olympic campaign also entered the event - URUAR3
