Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
We had a number of hearings v support persons, mostly for failing to use engine kill cords as required by the SI. For one support person who crossed the fleet while they were racing, the penalty imposed was that he should be anchored 100 astern of the committee signal boat for the next race. This was well supported by the OA and other coaches. - GBRJD6
