THIS SECTION MAY BE COMPLETED BY ANY JURY MEMBER
Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
The RRS 42 rule observance was very good given the conditions. Competitors were generally conscientious in taking penalty turns. One competitor had not changed their sail national code to the new format of SGP from SIN, and the deadline of June has passed; as the event was not deemed to be international (see RRS G1.1 (b)) it was decided to allow them to compete with the old sail national code. The Protest Committee members had to work on the water on their own, which wasn't ideal. All Jury logistics were well managed for a multi-class event of this nature. - GBREM1
