THIS SECTION MAY BE COMPLETED BY ANY JURY MEMBER
Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
There was conflict between the NOR & SI's regarding the age limit for the 'Youth' category (U23 or U25). After attempting to clarify it halfway through the regatta the Class Association agreed to present prizes to both the U23 & U25 Champions. The Class Rules, NOR & SI's should specify what the age limit and the defining dates are. - NZLJR1
