Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
The cooperation between RC and jury was good.
Laser 4.7 class had problems trying round ww-mark in strong current and decreasing wind . Laser Radial class could sail normally.

One keel boat course one boat hit the mark. The mark broke loose and was replaced with rc-boat with code flag M merely in seconds. RC was well prepared for unexpected situations.
