THIS SECTION MAY BE COMPLETED BY ANY JURY MEMBER
Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
The event was part of Warnemünde Woche (WW).
At WW a total of 16 judges was present, and in agreement with the class 4 judges was permanently reserved for the OK Worlds to establish conformity in primarily RRS 42 judgement.
The last member(s) was allotted on a daily basis.
The weather conditions was tricky, but the RC did a nice job of getting the races fair.
Arbitration was offered for WW. The penalty was 30 % or 50 % of the difference between finishing position and DSQ - whichever was less. This worked fine.
If a judge had observed the insident on the water he could not be arbitrator, but the arbitrator could sit in a subsequent panel.
A notice was posted informing the competitors of Post-Race-Penalties and arbitration. - DENHV2
