THIS SECTION MAY BE COMPLETED BY ANY JURY MEMBER
Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
There was no Appendix P in action, Jury was on water for sailors assistance and security.

Three protests were lodged of which two for the same incident were withdrawn after the protestee has retired from the race in question.

In a hearing of a boat against boat protest it was revealed only at the end of the hearing that the protest does not meet the requirements of RRS 61.2(b). Initially both parties confirmed the validity of the data stated on the protest form, but after further questioning it was clear and confirmed by both parties that the protest form did not contain the correct data and was found invalid.
Race committee did a good job in light winds situation, fairness of the races was never questionable.
