THIS SECTION MAY BE COMPLETED BY ANY JURY MEMBER
Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
NOR and SI are well written. There were few requests for redress on black flag start and rescue boats did not do their job but were dismissed. SI has offered a choice of arbitration but no sailor took it. The wind was very strong and race officer has to send the fleet back to shore one afternoon.
On the water job was well executed. Most of the helpers had experiences from World Championships in Perth two weeks earlier.
