This was a part of the RS Games, a manufacturer organised set of games for12 classes of sailing dinghy built by the UK manufacturer. I was present from 19 - 24 August which encompassed three of but only chaired for one day. The statistics reflect the numbers of the boats in the RS 200, RS 400 and RS 500 classes. Although two judge RIBS sere on the water with the RS 200 fleet appendix P was not used, nor was there any whistle system for notification of penalties. Judges were however encouraged to observe and in the event of any significant rules breaches to issue a warning after the race in which the breach was incurred. There was a low level of rules breaches,
QR codes were used to enable protest time limits and hearing schedule and decisions to be notified and protest forms to be submitted. This worked well but relied on email addresses to be correctly completed within the system. However protest limits and hearing schedules were posted as hard copies on the event notice board. - GBRDB58
