Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.

Very good race management, black flag used when necessary to start the races. There was a scoring error found after trophy presentation involving the C420 fleet where there was a switch in the 2nd and 1st place sailors. Competitors contacted after the regatta and new trophies will be mailed to the sailors.
