Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
This was the first ever world championship conducted by the Waktere Boating Club and was hugely sucessful. Well organised and conducted and sets the the bar extremely high for future events
The Race Officer also did an excellant job under a variety of conditions and under very tight restictions as to where the course could be layed
The club should be very proud of it's achievements - AUSWB2
