Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
Based on a report summited by one of the hotels hosting competitors, the jury decided to call some sailors to a hearing under rule 69. After receiving all the evidence presented by the sailors and the hotel manager, the jury concluded that the sailors' actions did not contitute bad behaviour nor brought the sport into disrepute and therefore, the hearing was closed. - ESPAS1
