This regatta was located in Future International Yacht Club, Qinhuangdao city on the north coast of China where the 11th Asian Game, Sailing Regatta took place in 1990.
23 university sailing teams were divided in two groups. Umpired water judging applied. The race committee did an outstanding job, making regatta fair for all competitors.
NOR and SI were written well. Regatta went well with 4 to 16 knots. Long distance race started with light wind. All students enjoy the racing very much.
