The race committee requested redress for a boat having been identified and scored OCS when flag X had been displayed more than 13 seconds after a start under flag P. When making a decision, the jury applied the considerations of WS Case 31 (after returning to start correctly the boat would have not finished in her original finishing position).
The event was very well organized, even in the extreme conditions with over 40 degrees. The jury was provided excellent facilities and equipment both on and off the water. - HUNBB2
