The online electronic official notice board was introduced and run in parallel with the conventional notice board through the on line app racingrulesofsailing.org (www.racingrulesofsailing.org/events/954). This app was especially useful as boats could easily see the official notice board postings such as results, SI amendments even while still sailing or lodge requests eg crew change, equipment change or protests even before coming ashore. The jury accepted both on line requests for hearings or the conventional paper requests. - MASLC2
