The OA decided one day prior to racing to merge the two events '2020 Finn European Masters' (29 entries) and '2020 Open/U23 Finn European Championship' (36 entries Open, 5 entries U23) to one event.
Because of COVID-19 quarantine regulations, two IJs could not attend the jury and there was no qualified replacement available at short notice. RRS N1.5 was applied so that the Jury remained a properly constituted International Jury.
Appendix P was applied with six jury members on three jury ribs present on the water. Good wind conditions, usually 8 to 13 knots of wind.
