There were good wind about 15 to 18 knots. All boats and equipment of class Fareast 28R are grand new. The race committee did excellent job. There were two starts using black flags due to time limits. There were two general call due to strong current. Heavy rain and strong wind on the last day of racing. Epidemic prevention Covid-19 vaccine were applied for all sailors before regatta. All sailors enjoyed the regatta very much - CHNXG1
