The event was held at the St Thomas YC in the US Virgin Islands. There was a clinic and one day of team racing before the event. A total of 16 teams participated in the team race, which was umpired by the judges on the International Jury. Also attending the event were 34 sailors in the Opti green fleet sailing on a separate course. All hearings and requests for Redress were open and attended by sailors, coaches and other support people. - USADM10
