Used all online notice board - including filing protests. Said notice board system was down (or only semi-responsive) for about 45 minutes in the middle of protest filing time. We quickly reverted to a white board outside the jury office, and extended filing time limit. System recovered and we concluded the evening normally.
Also one RRS 69 hearing, for sailor that lost their temper and yelled heartily at judges after getting a 2nd penalty. Result was a warning - but a concern that sailor might be getting warnings at multiple events and no one knows that its a pattern. - USASG4
