Appendix T was invoked in the SI's. With a 6-person jury and the IJ interpretation being that the arbitrator needed to be in the jury panel, arbitration would have slowed down the hearing process. Our recommendation to the class will be that with any jury of less than 7 Appendix T should not be invoked.
Jury received a Q&A regarding the Class Rules. There is no provision in the RRS for either a PC or an IJ to respond to questions from competitors. Finn Class Rule A7.2 authorized the jury to interpret the rules for the event. - NEDJH5
