The international jury included one IJ who was appointed for remote participation. A second IJ attended remotely when the host country imposed travel restrictions prohibiting travel from his country. An NJ was injured prior to the event and could not attend. Then there were 6 judges at the event for three jury boats for rule 42. Winds were light, with most Appendix P protests on the lightest days. One Rule 69 allegation was found to be fact in a hearing. - CANAB17
