This is a closed event for the India as the event was to rank Indian sailors as well as a trial for selection of sailors to represent India in the forthcoming Asian Games 2022. Just before the start of the event, the Asian Games 2022 was officially postponed. Nevertheless, the regatta proceeded as planned. Four Indian NJs were appointed to the panel of which 3 had passed the IJ seminar exams and needed assessment. The Indian NJs were rotated into the Jury panel for hearings and paired with the IJs on water for on the water assessment. There was a medal race for some classes and the NJs had a chance to umpire. The Chief Umpire is an IU from India. - MASLC2
