One judge left the venue shortly after the end of the protest time limit, as he was ordered by the president of FIV -who was also at the venue- to leave together with him, though the judge was expected to stay at least until end of the hearings on Oct. 9th. This caused difficulties in the organisation of the hearings. Two RRS 69 hearings were held with the same alleged person, with in total three allegations. For two of the allegations the standard of proof (RRS 69.2(g)) was not reached, while one allegation led to a DSQ for the boat. - GERWG4
