Comments on rule questions, new interpretations, problems, unpopular Rule 62 (Redress) decisions, summary of the facts, conclusions and decisions of Rule 69 (Allegations of Gross Misconduct) actions, problems with Sailing Instructions or Notice of Race and experience with experimental procedures.
The RC faced challenges setting a three-boat start line in deep water. Adjusting the line took 10 to 20 minutes. Setting the start line delayed the start by 30 to 60 minutes each racing day. There was no racing on Tuesday due to weather, the race was made up on Wednesday - the planned lay day. - USASA1
